Business Center The President will open in the autumn and expects a turnover of EUR 1 million per year

Corin Romanescu, Owner & Founder of The President Event Center, announces the opening of Business Center The President, a real estate complex built at the crossroad between Dacia Blvd., Mihai Eminescu Street and Calea Mosilor Street, at 169 Dacia Blvd., Bucharest. The construction of the business center started in 2018 and was exclusively made by using Class A materials, and will be finalized in autumn 2019.

Business Center The President is a Class A real estate complex with a 5,000 sqm built area, divided into 8 levels (2B+GF+5F). The building has 4 areas: the basement, with an area of 1,500 sqm, which includes 50 parking seats available on two levels, the ground floor of the building with 3 commercial premises with a total area of 650 sqm, the 5 floors that provide offices and terraces with a total area of 2,850 sqm and over 100 sqm of Outdoor and Indoor advertising spaces, arranged on the building’s façade and inside the building.

The premises of the business center are exclusively available for rent, being suitable for restaurants and terraces, offices and conference rooms, stores and Outdoor and Indoor panels; the company expects a turnover of EUR 1 million per year, as a result of the leasing agreements.

The building’s facilities also include Class A finishes and installations, Schüco carpentry, 4 seasons windows, a façade ventilated with ceramic/marble tiles, integrated air conditioning system, video control, access card system, Wi-Fi internet, two elevators (for cars and for people), toilets, kitchenettes, and technical spaces on each floor.

Being the owner of The President Event Center and of Business Center The President, Corin Romanescu is an entrepreneur with more than 20 years of leadership experience. He is the President of the Association for Fighting against Poverty and Human Diseases and a graduate of UTCB – Technical University of Civil Engineering of Bucharest.

In the recent years, Corin Romanescu has been involved in leadership activities, initiating educational, social and cultural programs for supporting the young generation of professionals, such as the Center for Practical Education in Organizing Private Events – CEPOEP. Recently, he initiated the project called “Sanatate prin aqua gym” (“Health through Aqua Gym” – e.n.), a program focused on a current problem of the modern society: sedentarism, along with the project called “Vinum Et Carmina”, an educational program focused on supporting the Romanian culture.
