After the resounding success of the last year, “MAMMA MIA!” – designated as “The Show of the Year 2018” in Romania, returns in a national tour, in 9 important Romanian cities.

The same line-up, the same grand arrangement, the same intense emotions and feelings make ABBA’s immortal songs to resound in a romantic story, sprinkled with intrigue, humor and sensitivity. The national tour will start on October 26 in Constanta, it will continue with other two special performances on October 31 and 31 at the Palace Hall in Bucharest, followed by Pitesti – on November 1, Targu Mures – on November 4, Cluj Napoca – on November 6, Brasov – on November 7, Bacau – on November 13, Piatra Neamt – on November 14, and the Polyvalent Hall of Iasi – on December 15.

The tickets for the performances held under the “MAMMA MIA!” national tour can be purchased online, at and, or from the Flanco, Diverta and Carturesti stores, in each host city, at prices varying depending on the category and extra-benefits before or after the show.

Loredana, Horia Brenciu, Aurelian Temisan, Cornel Ilie, Anca Sigartau, Anca Turcasiu, Adrian Nour, Ernest Fazekas, Ecaterina Ladin, Ana Munteanu, Ioana Sihota, Sebastian Seredinschi, Bianca Purcarea and Silviu Mircescu will have complex musical roles: they will sing, dance and they will especially interpret the roles that form this complex story about love, friendship and retrieval. You can see your favorite artists in unique situations, in a sensational stage setting.

Being staged by director Razvan Ioan Dinca, the production brings in front of the audience a spectacular choreography, no less than 200 costumes for the 17 stage acts and over 20 songs of ABBA, translated and adapted in Romanian by Ernest Fazekas.

“‘MAMMA MIA!’ is the musical for the whole family, it is a wonderful love story in which both mothers and daughters can find themselves. There are not just my memories and feelings in the show, but the memories and feelings of several generations. This wonderful and complex role is a challenge, but I like it very much. There are three hours of singing, dancing and acting, and beyond the eyes of the viewers there is a preparation as for a champion. Besides, there are extremely few occasions when so many artists of different generations gather on the same stage, with a single purpose: to enjoy the audience together!” – Loredana confessed.

Watched by more than 60 million people in 50 countries and designated as the Show of the Year 2018 in Romania, “MAMMA MIA!” will be staged in each city of the tour, in an exceptional casting, which includes the most renowned and beloved Romanian artists.

Things will become totally unexpected, causing many funny, but also thrilling moments that will delight the audience!

Every day, at least 7 “MAMMA MIA!” shows and thousands of performances played in hundreds of countries, on six continents. The musical “MAMMA MIA!” was released in 1999 in London, on West End, and then in the United States of America, on Broadway. Dramatist Catherine Johnson and producer Judy Craymer created this show being inspired by the songs written by Benny Anderson and Bjorn Ulvaeus, former members of ABBA. Thanks to the success that was recorded, the story was adapted for the big screen in 2008, with Meryl Streep, Amanda Seyfried, Pierce Brosnan, Colin Firth and Stellan Skarsgård in the leading roles, and in 2018, the movie „Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again” was released.
