MAM Bricolaj opened a second store in Bucharest, situated on 2 Morarilor Street, Sector 2, with an investment of 250,000 euro. Opening the new store is part of the long-term expansion strategy of the company, through which it sets out to be as close as possible to its customers, offering easy and pleasant shopping experiences.
The new store has a sales area of 1,100 sqm and, for the department of panel processing, we reserved an area of 1,600 sqm. Furthermore, considering the fact that 80% of the MAM Bricolaj customers go shopping with their car, the new store has 100 parking spots. This expansion comes due to the increase of the customer flow in the store.
“We set out to be as close as possible to our customers and offer them the best possible shopping experience. That is why we saw as necessary the expansion with this store, where we can have an even wider range of products, exposed in such a way that the buying experience is oriented towards the consumers´ needs.
On the long term, we set out to extend the store network at national level and, for 2020, we are planning to open our third store in Bucharest. The customers appreciate us and choose us for the quality of our services and because we are helping them with advice and specialists, recommending the best products suited for their projects, and our response comes by extending and adapting to their needs”, stated Cristian Găvan, founder of MAM Bricolaj.
The store opening hours is Monday to Friday, between 08:00 – 20:00, Saturday between 08:00 – 16:00 and Sunday between 09:00 – 15:00. Inside our store we have trained consultants at the disposal of our customers for advice and recommendations about the products we sell.
With regard to what we offer, the new store includes two new product categories, electrical parts and installations, and spare parts, respectively, along the already existing ones: kitchen appliances, hinges, kitchen countertops, drawer systems, assembly parts, mattresses and spring beds, sliding door systems, aluminum profiles, melamine fiberboard and MDF, tools, adhesives. Furthermore, the new store has increased furniture accessories stock.
The new MAM Bricolaj showroom also brings isle appliances, including presentation and showcasing the accessories, so that the customers understand more easily their assembly and use.
