The Policolor – Orgachim Group has a new Legal and Compliance Group Director

Policolor – Orgachim announces that the new Legal and Compliance Group Director is Florina Mariana Homeghiu. Having over 15 years of experience in the legal field and winner of the “Lady Lawyer Gala” in November 2019, Florina Homeghiu has joined the Policolor – Orgachim team since this month.

Florina Homeghiu wants her example of a new professional beginning in top management to encourage the dynamics of the labor market, in the context in which people can feel the fear of change, caused by the pandemic situation. In the Group, with her new role, Florina aims to achieve a series of objectives for the current year, as well as in the medium term, both from a legal and managerial perspective (coordination and management of teams in Romania and Bulgaria).

“The new position is a challenge I am proud of. Professional change nowadays is more than courageous, but I believe that a new beginning always sets a desirable professional climate for both employer and employee. I am delighted to work for a company that has made history and whose professionalism and active involvement are internationally known. Although it is a different industry from the ones I have worked in so far, I strongly believe I can add value to the company and I am convinced that, together, we will multiply the success of Policolor – Orgachim “, says the new Legal and Compliance Group Director of Policolor – Orgachim.

Florina Homeghiu studied at Faculty of Law in Bucharest (bachelor’s and master’s degree),  with PhD studies in Administrative Sciences at the National School of Political and Administrative Sciences in Bucharest. She has been working in the legal field since 2005. Over the last few years, Florina Homeghiu had several positions: as senior associate in important law firms in Bucharest, as Senior Legal Counsel or Country Legal Manager and Compliance Officer for a famous multinational company.
