Prime Minister Ludovic Orban announced that the economic recovery programme will be presented on Wednesday and that President Klaus Iohannis will be attending the presentation.
“The presentation of the economic programme will be on Wednesday, with the President of Romania, with whom we collaborated very closely. After the presentation of the economic programme, our goal is to adopt in a maximum of one month all the normative acts necessary to implement the measures in the programme,” said Orban, after participating in the Assembly of members of the Coalition for the Development of Romania.
“We won’t give up single tax rate under any circumstance”
Prime Minister Ludovic Orban has also said on Monday that the National Liberal Party (PNL) defends the single tax rate and will not give it up under any circumstance.
“The PNL defends the single tax rate. It is one of the most important liberal measures, which had extremely favorable effects for Romania and we will not give up the single tax under any circumstance,” Orban said, after attending the Assembly of the members of the Coalition for Romania’s Development.
Deputy Prime Minister Raluca Turcan also said on Facebook on Monday that “the PNL will forcefully defend the single tax rate.”
