16 million euros will be invested in the new residential project
Real estate developer HAGAG Development Europe received the building permit for H Eliade 9 Residence, its new residential project to be developed in Bucharest, Romania. Construction works are scheduled to start this August. 16 million euros will be invested in the new resi-scheme. Over 35% of the available units have already been contracted.
Located in one of the most prestigious areas of the Capital-city of Romania, Primaverii district, H Eliade 9 Residence borders Vila Lac 1 – the protocol residence for most important statesman – and will be developed over a plot of land of 2,200 square meters. Once completed, the project will have a total built surface of 6,500 square meters and a height regime of 2UG + D + GF + 4F. H Eliade 9 will deliver 35 premium apartments of two, three and four rooms with surfaces between 90 and 220 square meters with English gardens for the lover-lever units, but also duplex units of five and six rooms displaying surfaces up to 440 of square meters and generous terraces, all served by 62 underground parking spaces and an impressive atrium area that will recreate the atmosphere of the most exclusive hotels in the world.
