Partner Cristina Daianu appointed Head of VentureTech practice in Dentons Romania

Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, announces it has promoted Partner Cristina Daianu as Head of its VentureTech practice in Bucharest. While being part of the firm’s Global Emerging Growth and Venture Technology Group, she has advised and worked closely over the years with business accelerators/incubators, start-up founders and venture capital investors.

Cristina Daianu is a Partner with more than 15 years of experience in technology and venture capital, as well as corporate and M&A. A recognized leader in her field, Cristina focuses on representing emerging growth technology companies in a broad array of venture capital, private equity, securities and strategic transactions. Over the years, Cristina has worked for and developed strong abilities in dealing with German investors and she is Vice-president of the Arbitral Tribunal of the Romanian-German Chamber of Commerce. She is also a frequent speaker in various venture tech and start-up events.
