Rio Bucovina, distributor of non-alcoholic beverages and food products, part of Maspex Group, has extended their warehousing area in the largest logistic park in SE of Romania – Constanța Business Park, belonging to Global Vision and Globalworth developers. The transaction was brokered by Dunwell, the only real-estate agency in Romania specialized in industrial brokerage.
Maspex, part of Maspex Wadowice, one of the largest Polish investors in Romania, has thus broadened its map for national distribution with yet another strategic point, from which products will efficiently reach all distributors in south-east Romania.
„We are happy to be in a modern logistic park, built and equipped with top-of-the-line features. We appreciate that Dunwell understood from the very beginning our needs and has supported us throughout the entire decision process, from presenting the park to finalising the lease with Global Vision”, Grzegorz Grabowski, CEO Maspex România has declared.
„The rhythm to which spaces are rented in Constanta is gratifying. We are at more than 50% occupancy and we estimate to reach 100% by the end of the year. This is a strategic project, with a very good position and multiple features, that we have developed in partnership with Globalworth. We are delighted that Maspex România is now one of our tenants in Constanța Business Park. We will deliver to our client a modern, functional and well-equipped space, prepared for them to run their operations under the best conditions.”, said Șerban Juverdeanu, Head of Development Global Vision.
Corina Săndulescu, industrial broker with Dunwell, has managed the negotiations: “The success of this transaction is proof to us that the professionalism and personalized consultancy that we provide lead to relevant decisions for our partners, suitable and operational for all involved parties in the negotiation”.
According to Dunwell experts, relocation of distributors and producers is very frequent from B class to high standard, efficient A class warehouses. Thus, the warehousing, but also the handling, become more safe and cost-efficient.
