Impact Developer & Contractor starts the construction works on the first 209 Boreal Plus apartments in Constanța

The project brings a premiere on the local market

Impact Developer & Contractor, the only real estate developer in Romania listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, started the works on the first 3 blocks of Boreal Plus residential compound in the north of Constanța. The enterprise contract worth 9.5 million Euros was concluded with the construction company Premium Invest Concept.

The initiative of the company, to sell part (16,806 sq m) of the land allocated to the Boreal Plus project to the Kaufland retailer is a premiere on the local market. This is part of the new residential development strategy through which Impact facilitates residents’ access to the most important retail services and leisure activities.

At the beginning of September, Boreal Plus received the construction permit, and this month Kaufland also obtained this permit, so that both projects can start the construction works. Consequently, Impact Developer & Contractor chose the company Premium Invest Concept to build the first stage of Boreal Plus – blocks of flats project in Constanța. The value of the contract is 9.5 million lei and provides for the construction works necessary for the turnkey delivery of the first stage of the ensemble.

The 3 blocks have a height regime of GF + 8F + technical floor and GF + 11F + technical floor and include 209 apartments, of which 58 studios, 110 of 2-room apartments and 41 of 3-room apartments. Designed to offer a high level of comfort and relaxation, the apartments benefit from premium finishes, large glazed surfaces, generous terraces, and the apartments on the upper floors offer panoramic views of Lake Siutghiol and the Black Sea. The location of the ensemble is well rated, being 15 minutes from the beach, the center of Constanța or the A4 highway and with good connectivity to the city’s centers of interest.

Boreal Plus aims to become the new standard in terms of residential design on the Constanta market, using carefully selected materials and efficient technical solutions, in line with the sustainability policy adopted by Impact within the complexes developed in Bucharest. Thus, the neighborhood will have solar panels, a system of selective collection and waste management, but also efficient lighting, along with infrastructure for wastewater recovery and management.

„Impact Developer & Contractor continues the strategy of national expansion and diversification of the product portfolio, showing stability and growth potential, aspects appreciated by Standard & Poor’s agency, through the` B-`rating with stable perspective recently given to the company. The demand for new homes is growing in Constanța, and Boreal has multiple strengths that meet those looking for a home or an investment product. The location, the quality of the construction, the harmoniously integrated design with the environment as well as the range of facilities are the main criteria in the purchase of a home. In addition, in its pre-sale period, there is the advantage of special launch prices “, said Sorin Apostol, CEO of Impact Developer & Contractor.

Launch offers start at € 55,400 + VAT for studio units, € 64,300 + VAT for 2-room apartments and € 87,600 + VAT for 3-room apartments.

Developed on a plot of land with an area of 64,440 square meters, the Boreal Plus complex will include at the end of the project 691 homes – 673 apartments and 18 luxury villas, 826 parking spaces, of which 289 will be arranged in a multi-storey car park ( S + P + 4).
