NEPI Rockcastle, the largest real estate investor in the retail real estate sector in Romania, announces the start of the Black Friday campaign, as of November 13, in all 20 shopping centers in the company’s portfolio.
Thus, between November 13-22, the campaign takes place at group level under the “mALL Black Friday” concept , and the most famous brands of fashion, beauty, IT & C, home & deco products, toys and much more, are waiting for their customers with promotional offers, discounts of up to 70% and instant prizes. Irresistible offers also prepare the food court restaurants for take-away dishes or snacks that can be enjoyed on the terrace after a safe shopping session. Moreover, visitors who come dressed exclusively in black, in one of the targeted shopping centers, can win instant prizes (within the available stocks), all black products, state-of-the-art telephones or shopping vouchers.
The safety of customers and of all those operating in the malls is a priority, so the preparations for the Black Friday period, and not only, aim for a safe shopping experience by complying with the health measures implemented in all NEPI Rockcastle malls. In this regard, a special guide for this period has been prepared, which includes the most important safety measures adapted for the period 13-22 November.

NEPI Rockcastle continuously invests in advanced solutions to protect areas prone to touch (railings, elevator buttons, doors, bathrooms, tables and other surfaces), disinfectant dispensers located in high traffic areas and other materials designed to ensure a safe space for customers. All visitors of NEPI Rockcastle shopping malls are required to wear a protective mask as directed by the authorities, being checked in this regard. In addition, the company ensures distance in shopping centers by ensuring an average perimeter of 20 square meters for one person, in common areas (shopping gallery, areas with heavy traffic, etc.).
At the same time, the company announces that the air in NEPI Rockcastle malls is filtered and changed every three hours, thus ensuring an intensive purification of the spaces.
We remind you that 10 shopping centers in the company’s portfolio received the Covid Compliant Certificate of Conformity, offered following an extensive research process by the Swedish company Safe Asset Group. By the end of the year, the company’s representatives estimate that investments in the implementation of security measures in shopping centers will reach 2 million euros.
