Telekom Romania has launched a campaign with weekly and monthly prizes for customers who use the MyAccount Telekom account management application. On this occasion, the campaign details the 999 reasons why a customer can download, customize and use such a digital tool.
MyAccount is one of the most popular utility applications in Romania, with a rating of 4,6 / 5 on Google Play and 4,3 / 5 App Store. Due to its ease of use, it has doubled the number of users this year, compared to 2019, and the number of installations has increased by 77% this year, a press release issued by the company informs.
The campaign runs until January 31st, 2021, and the prizes that can be won are the following:

To participate in the raffle, Telekom Romania customers must enter the MyAccount application, personalize their account and perform at least one of the following operations: renew the subscription directly from the mobile application or MyAccount web platform, pay with the application at least one invoice, recharge a Telekom card from the application or activate the electronic invoice directly from the mobile application or MyAccount web platform.
Telekom customers who use the application can enjoy all the benefits of managing services in one place and the many features provided by such a digital tool, but will also contribute to support a social responsibility project. For every 10 installations, Telekom Romania will sponsor 1 euro to an association that supports local education and development, up to a limit of 10,000 euros. This sponsorship will help children from disadvantaged areas to continue their schooling online, while providing them with computers.

MyAccount is a digital telecommunications service management tool that allows customers to control their subscriptions from anywhere, anytime. One of the great advantages of the app is that users are in constant and direct contact with administrators of the application through reviews or comments by email or phone. As a result, MyAccount has received constant improvements that meet the needs and expectations of customers very accurately. They can pay bills with a single click or access the recharging option, activate the electronic invoice, renew the monthly plan, access diagnostic and troubleshooting tools, or even chat with Tim, the digital assistant that guides customers through the process of purchasing services and provides technical support.
