The Plenum of the Chamber of Deputies is set to meet next week, on Tuesday, to adopt the draft law on the Government’s competence of issuing ordinances during the parliamentary vacation.
The Standing Bureau of the Chamber of Deputies on Thursday approved, in principle, the convening of a plenary sitting for Tuesday, at 12.00 pm, in case the Government will adopt and send to the Legislature the draft law on the government’s empowering to issue ordinances during the parliamentary vacation. This draft must be adopted by Parliament as a matter of urgency.
In the first meeting of the Citu Cabinet, which took place on Wednesday evening, the Minister of Transport, Catalin Drula, reminded that this project must be adopted as soon as possible, and the Prime Minister specified that it will be on the agenda of next week’s meeting, Agerpres informs.
