Romanian startup SuperOkay closes 400K EUR investment to help agencies collaborate seamlessly with clients

SuperOkay, a UK-based startup with Romanian founders receives 400K EUR investment to grow their digital agency-client collaboration and contract management platform to bring much-needed transparency, efficiency, and fluidity to the world of services.

The investment round, led by Bulgarian venture capital fund Eleven Ventures and joined by Roca X and several UK business angels, will fuel SuperOkay to grow its team and customer base.

 

What is SuperOkay

 

SuperOkay is an app that helps digital agencies, software studios and freelancers better manage their sales, workflow, and scope changes so as to increase clarity, profits, and stay on the same page with their clients.

The company was founded by two Romanian diaspora in late-2018. Today, more than 60 agencies are already using the product in beta, as the team conducts rich conversations to deeply understand, improve and refine their client collaboration process.

SuperOkay helps solve the most sensitive aspect of an agency’s business life: the client relationship, so as to best replicate and further improve on real-life interactions. They take a user-centric approach to product building to design a user experience that is smart, efficient, and intuitive for both agencies and their clients.

While Covid-19 has accelerated the trend, the future of client collaboration is inexorably digital. Clear and effective online client communications are increasingly essential for agencies to thrive.

With this investment SuperOkay aims to do for client-agency relationships what project management apps did for team collaboration in the past 10 years.
