OTP Bank Romania announces the inauguration of a new branch in the city of Timișoara, located within the ISHO real estate district, bld. Take Ionescu, no. 50-52. The new branch is developed under the regional banking service center concept, which brings together a self service area and personalized customer advice from trained bank specialists.
The new OTP Bank investment is part of the organic development strategy, through which the bank relies on the expansion of the physical network. The center will serve all categories of retail customers, including individuals, micro-enterprises, SMEs and Private Banking customers, as well as Corporate customers.

Within the new branch, customers may conduct self-banking activities individually, through ATMs and Self Service terminals, while the team of specialists and consultants provides personalized assistance and financial advice. The new OTP Bank unit also introduces the Meeter – Greeter concept, through which a bank representative contributes in improving the waiting time of customers for carrying out their operations.
