Enel Energie Muntenia resumes, starting this week, the activity with the public in its store located on Vasile Milea Boulevard no. 2P, sector 6 of the Capital. It was temporarily closed towards the end of last year for refurbishment and modernization works, in order to offer customers a friendlier and more welcoming space, a press release issued by the company informs.
The store will offer clients acces to a wide range of services and information on the supply of electricity and natural gas both on the competitive market (details related to signing and running contracts, energy consumption, change of supplier) and under universal service or last resort for electricity regimes. It also provides offers of Enel’s commercial products and services (offers of electricity and natural gas, equipment sold in installments, such as air conditioners, thermal power plants, smart home accessories, Enel Assistance, electricity and natural gas assistance services). Thus, the clients can have access to Enel’s supply offers according to their needs, with a fixed price for a period of one year, and available anywhere in the country, regardless of the location of the place of consumption.
Enel Energie Muntenia customers can have access to the stores, including on the basis of a phone appointment, by calling 021.9977 (call with normal tariff) and pressing the 5 key. The aim of this approach is to increase the comfort of consumers and, at the same time, to provide them with the desired services in complete safety, in the context of COVID-19.
To avoid the risks associated with a trip to the shop or at various payment points, customers can choose to use the MyEnel application, which can be easily activated either online, on my.enel.ro, or by downloading the mobile application for free, from the App Store or Google Play. Via MyEnel, customers can receive and pay their energy or gas bills, register their index or check their balance of payments.
In order to send the index for the consumed electricity, in addition to the Index section within MyEnel application, customers can call (during the tereading period specified on the invoice) the free telephone number 0800.07.08.09 or the normal tariff number 021.9977. To send the gas consumption index, customers can call the toll-free number 0800.07.07.01, key 1, or the normal tariff number 021.9977, if their distributor is Delgaz Grid or Progaz P&D (between 22 and 26 of each month).
