Optim PM recognised as best “SEE Project Management Company of the Year”

Optim Project Management has been awarded the best “SEE Project Management Company of the Year” Award during the 16th SEE Real Estate Awards Gala which took place on 8th April 2021.

This is the 6th recognition from Europa Property in the past few years and highlights the size, complexity and variety of projects the company works on in the region. During 2020, Optim Project Management supported its clients to deliver some of the most complex and challenging projects, such as the delivery of ibis Timisoara City Center, Moxy Bucharest Old Town, WDP Industrial Park Buzau, Hornbach Oradea, Galerija Belgrade, Galerija Stara Zagora (refurbishment) and more. To expand its services across the SEE region, the company opened last year the second office branch outside Romania’s borders, in Belgrade, Serbia.

“This award is a well-deserved international recognition from the industry for our talent and hard work delivering to the highest standard for our clients and maintaining high results and professionalism on all of our projects. I would like to say special thanks to my teams in Romania, Bulgaria and Serbia. Well done, all!”, said David Evans, Owner and Founder of Optim Project Management.
