Starting Tuesday May 4, the complete Shell team is operational on the Romanian market. The last two experts have joined Shell’s Romanian outfit, a young, 57-strong team that has been put together and coordinated by Adrian Ciceu – Country Manager, Shell Romania.

Shell has a complete ecosystem of integrated services, which shall be gradually available on the local market”, says Adrian Ciceu, Country Manager, Shell Romania.
The services provided by Shell in Romania include fuel cards and specialized support for the companies in the international commercial road transport industry. Shell Romania also offers toll payment, VAT refund and excise duty recovery, 24/7 technical assistance, heavy-duty vehicle parking and breakdown assistance services. In Europe, Shell provides access to its more than 10,000 service stations and has a mixed network of 69 LNG stations, owned by Shell or operated by partners.
Adrian Ciceu, Country Manager, Shell Romania, joined the company’s team in 2003. He has held a number of positions in Sales, Marketing and management. He was born in Maramures and graduated from the School of Atomic and Nuclear Physics of the Babes Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca. He has an MBA with the Weatherhead School of Management in Cleveland, USA.
Shell Romania officially started its operations on the local market on April 1, 2021. The services provided by Shell over the past 15 years though a local agent are now managed directly by Shell’s Bucharest-based team.
