SkyTower, the iconic office building in Bucharest, has been awarded the internationally recognised “COVID-19 COMPLIANT” certification, which indicates an evaluation and confirmation of the effectiveness of the Covid protection measures in place in the building.
This certification, granted by Safe Asset Group, is carried out in accordance with the SHORE risk standard, the recommendations of the WHO and the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC).
Raiffeisen Property Holding International (RPHI) also received the “COVID-19 Compliant” certification for their second Romanian office building, FCC Office, and is in the process of certifying its main office buildings in CEE.
This office buildings certification was awarded following a rigorous process of analysis of protocols and procedures put in place to curb the pandemic, with consideration of constant risk assessment, safety measures for building staff and visitors, measures observed by tenants, communication, and the ability to respond in the event of an incident.
“We are constantly supporting efforts to combat the pandemic, and since the first recommendations on the part of the authorities we have been implementing the necessary measures for ensuring a safe working environment for employees and those who visit our buildings. We continue to resolve to be responsible, and we understand that only together can we overcome the effects of the pandemic, and in order to provide the necessary security to our community we have now obtained the certification that reflects the high safety standards we provide“, said Leo Forstner, Managing Director of RPHI Romania, management and ownership company of SkyTower.
