“In order to be closer to its customers and to meet their needs, Enel has constantly invested in expanding and modernizing its network of stores, building one of the largest chain of stores nationwide belonging to an electricity and gas supplier. We will continue this approach especially in the context of the energy market liberalization and the growing consumer need for information. We intend to increase the number of Enel stores, both owned and operated by partners, through the end of this year, in order to be physically present in as many localities in the country as possible”, said Marius Chiriac, General Manager of Enel Energie and Enel Energie Muntenia.

The new stores bring consumers a wide range of services and information on the supply of electricity and natural gas on the competitive market, such as details related to the signing and running of contracts, energy consumption or to changing the supplier. Through these dedicated sales spaces, customers have direct access to offers tailored to their needs, with a fixed price for a period of one year, or to other customized products.

Also, in addition to the electricity and gas supply offers, customers can purchase equipment in instalments, such as air conditioners, central heating units, smart home accessories, Enel Asistență, electricity and gas assistance services.
