The summer riddle comes from Telekom Romania and subscribers can find it in the MyAccount mobile application

Telekom Romania organizes a new campaign with weekly and monthly prizes worth thousands of euros for customers who use the MyAccount Telekom mobile account management application.

According to a press release issued by the company, sers of the MyAccount application will be able to participate, until August 29th 2021 inclusive, in the new campaign organized by Telekom Romania, “Summer Riddle – MyAccount Raffle”, where they will be able to win different prizes every day of the week.

Those who use the MyAccount mobile app can win, in each of the 13 weeks of the campaign, quick prizes consisting of Samsung Galaxy A21s phones, ozone air purifiers, Xiaomi Mi True Wireless in-ear headphones, Xiaomi Mi Band 5 fitness bands, Google Home smart mini speakers or popcorn machines.

At the same time, every month, users who choose to pay their bill, recharge their sim card and / or activate their electronic invoice can win, by drawing lots, one of the three big prizes at stake, a Philips 4K Ultra HD smart LED TV 43PUS7555/12, 108 cm (June 2021), an iPhone 12, 128GB, 5G, Black (July 2021) or a Lenovo IdeaPad 5 laptop (August 2021).

Also, users who choose to change their tariff plan and / or renew their subscriptions in the last three months of validity, will also be able to win monthly, by drawing lots, a complete kit of special prizes consisting of a Samsung S21, a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 tablet, Samsung Galaxy Watch Active smartwatch and an ASUS VivoBook 15 X 512 DA Laptop.

To participate in the campaign, customers / users must enter the application and perform at least one of the following operations: renew their subscription, change their tariff plan, pay at least one bill, recharge a Telekom card or activate electronic invoice, after which to answer a riddle. If answered correctly, the user will immediately know if he has won one of the quick prizes or entered the monthly draw. An application user has the opportunity to win a maximum of one prize in each category.

After completing the actions consisting of paying the invoice, recharging the sim card or activating the electronic invoice from the MyAccount mobile application, the participant will be shown the possibility to answer a riddle in the “Profile summary” section, within a maximum of one working day from performing any of the aforementioned actions, eligible for the raffle.

Following the renewal and / or change of tariff plan, subscription in the mobile application MyAccount, the participant will be displayed a confirmation message, along with the possibility to respond to a riddle, immediately after the completion of the renewal action.

All eligible winners must have active accounts (not suspended, disconnected, restricted due to non-payment or fraud) on the date of validation.

The MyAccount application is a digital tool for managing telecommunications services with which customers can control the subscription or facilities offered by the sim card from anywhere, anytime. One of the main advantages of the application is that users are constantly in direct contact with the application administrators, through reviews, comments, email, phone or feedback forms. Customer feedback has contributed to the constant improvement of the application, so that it responds as well as possible to their needs and expectations. Customers can pay bills with a single click or access the top-up option, activate the electronic invoice, renew the monthly mobile subscription plan, access diagnostic and troubleshooting tools, or even chat with Tim, the digital assistant counsellor in the process of purchasing services and provides technical support.
