EcoMin Nasui: Parliament to pass laws on Horeca Measure today or tomorrow

The laws submitted to the Parliament on the Horeca measure will be promulgated on Thursday or Friday, announced the Minister of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism, Claudiu Nasui, at the videoconference on “SMEs, oxygen for Romania.”

He added that the priority of the institution is to finance “everything that was given in the past.”

“For now, our priority is really not to open new measures, but our priority now is to finance everything that was given in the past. Unfortunately, in the past there were some measures that were given without coverage and I think the best thing we can do is find the money for those things. That’s exactly what we do,” said Claudiu Nasiu.

Regarding the Horeca measure, the Minister of Economy specified that the laws in the Parliament will be promulgated on Thursday or Friday.

“I have news that today or tomorrow the laws in the Parliament on the Horeca Measure will be promulgated. We have prepared the secondary norms for the application of the measure, they are already transparent and are in accordance with the law expecting promulgation. We cannot give the rules of application before the law is enacted,” added Claudiu Nasui who participated on Thursday in the videoconference with the theme “SMEs, oxygen for Romania”, organized by News.ro.
