Telekom Romania is taking another important step in improving the way it interacts with customers, through digitization and simplification. Starting today, those who need help or advice or who want to purchase products and services from the company’s portfolio have at their disposal a Live shop, a Telekom Romania store that can only be accessed online, with live broadcast and dedicated agent with whom those who are interested can interact both by phone and video.
Through the chat integrated in the company’s website – www.telekom.ro/liveshop, customers get in touch with a Telekom Romania representative who contacts them on the phone number they indicate. While talking by phone with the agent, customers will see live what is happening in the store, but also images with the company’s products.
“We continue the digitization process so that customer interaction with Telekom is as easy as possible. At the same time, we are glad that we can provide them with the new functionality, unique in the Romanian telecommunications market, through which we render online the shopping experience in physical stores. Thus, through the Live shop, customers benefit from a personalized presentation from an agent, in which they can find out the information they need, and can purchase the telecommunications products and services they are interested in. Contacting the agent is free of charge, and the Live shop is accessible both to Telekom Romania customers, but also to those who interact for the first time with the company’s products and services. The store is open from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00. In order to discuss with the company representative, those who access the chat must give their consent for the processing of personal data.
