Impact Developer & Contractor has obtained the maximum score (10) for its investor communications, according to the VEKTOR indicator published by ARIR (The Romanian Investor Relations Association). The review was conducted at company’s request.
VEKTOR is the investor relations indicator for listed companies and is assessed based on a methodology that comprises 15 criteria, in line with international best practices in the field.
Impact Developer & Contractor has been appreciated for its active and transparent communication with investors, providing them with clear, detailed information and realistic, reasoned estimates of the company’s business, financial results and the evolution of its shares on the stock market. The company uses a variety of communication tools, both online, through its own channels (website updated in real time, social media), press communication, and offline through investor events.
The analysis and evaluation of the publicly available information were carried out by ARIR and the Project Committee, consisting of corporate governance consultants, IR professionals, academia, and non-financial reporting consultants.

Recently, Impact Developer & Contractor has joined ARIR as an associate member with the purpose to support the development of the local capital market. The capital market is a central instrument of Impact’s development strategy, through the issuance of new shares and bonds listed on the main market of the BVB, with private placement. As part of its sustainability policy, in the near future, the company is considering issuing “green” bonds to finance its projects built according to the new nZEB – “near zero energy building” standards and the BREEAM Excellent certification. Implementing these standards ensures a high energy performance of buildings and provides residents with a higher quality of living while contributing to environmental protection.
