Enel opens four new stores in Alba Iulia, Braila, Roman and Zalau, to be closer to customers

Enel opened four new stores in the cities of Alba Iulia, Brăila, Roman and Zalău, in spaces dedicated to both residential customers and companies. Thus, at national level, the total number of Enel stores, owned and operated by partners, reached almost 80, representing one of the largest chains of points of presence in the territory belonging to a supplier of electricity and natural gas in Romania.

The schedule of the stores mentioned here is from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 17:00. Their addresses are: Alba Iulia – Str. Iuliu Maniu no. 17, building A2; Brăila – Calea Galati no. 59, building D; Roman – Str. Oituz no. 7; Zalău – Str. Simion Barnuțiu no.1, buliding A27, entrance B. Access to shops is made in compliance with anti-Covid rules (protective mask, social distancing).

Thus, customers have direct access to offers tailored to their needs, with a fixed price for a period of one year or to other products tailored to market and customer requirements.

Following the liberalization of the electricity and gas markets, consumers can choose their electricity and / or gas supplier and the offer that suits them best, whenever they want, as there is no deadline for this decision. In addition, changing supplier does not involve any additional costs or technical changes, such as changing the electric meter.

At Enel, the contract for the supply of electricity / natural gas on the competitive market for residential customers can be concluded for a definite or indefinite period of time, and the period of validity of a price offer is 12 months, during which period the active electricity price remains unchanged, a press release issued by the company informs.
