Estée Lauder and two other tenants have signed lease extensions for their headquarters in SkyTower

Beauty products manufacturer Estée Lauder will continue its longstanding partnership with SkyTower and signs a new lease extension for its headquarters located at the 34th floor of the building.

SkyTower Building has also signed lease extensions with other prestigious firms, including TSG, the global network provider of energy solutions, whilst Sarkkom, active in the fashion industry, has recently joined the iconic office building’s list of tenants. The combined area of the three leases amounts to 1,200 sq. metres with an average lease term of three years.

“The extension of these partnerships represents an acknowledgement for all the relevant projects and investments conducted over the past two years in the building. It also reflects the solid partnerships that we share with our tenants and business community. We have developed close collaborations with our tenants, and the novelties and operational innovations that we constantly introduce are adapted according to their requests and needs. Together, we feel that we are sailing in a very stable and well-balanced boat.”, stated Florentina Mitricoaia, Leasing and Asset Manager of RPHI Romania, the company that owns and manages SkyTower.

Recently, a seven-year lease extension was signed at SkyTower by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Romania.

By receiving the COVID-compliant certification, SkyTower secured the area with the measures necessary for pandemic prevention. At the same time, the company continues its green and sustainable strategy program, by installing free charging stations for tenants’ electric cars. SkyTower also received Gold DGNB certification for sustainable buildings, assessed and approved by ÖGNI (Austrian Society for Sustainable Real Estate Management). Additionally, SkyTower is the first commercial building in Romania to obtain the LEED Platinum certification for operations and maintenance.
