Cushman & Wakefield Echinox: Mobile Pet & Mobile Vet network of veterinary medical services and pet products expands with two new locations in Bucharest

The network of veterinary medical services and pet products Mobile Pet & Mobile Vet expands with two new locations in Bucharest, of about 141 square meters and 137 square meters, to be opened in December and next year, respectively, two transactions intermediated by real estate consulting company Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.

Also, Mobile Vet will open this year a new working point of 110 square meters in Vâlcea, so the network will have in total 5 locations.

Mobile Pet & Mobile Vet was founded in Bucharest by Dr. Gheoca Răzvan and Dr. Vasiloiu Radu and sells veterinary pharmaceuticals and also pet shop products. The network is in the top five of veterinary clinics in Romania, by turnover, and the medium-term goal is to become the market leader.

Dana Radoveneanu, Senior Consultant Retail Agency Cushman & Wakefield Echinox: „We are glad to announce a new successful partnership, with Mobile Pet, materialized through two rental transactions on the retail market. Cushman & Wakefield Echinox thus contributes through its real estate expertise to the expansion of domestic businesses in key locations, based on a thorough analysis of the benefits they can bring to our partners.”

Recently, we have seen an increasing interest of the operators of various services, both international and local, to expand in Bucharest and other regional cities, encouraged by growing demand.

Răzvan Gheocă, owner Mobile Pet & Mobile Vet: „The expansion of our network comes as a result of a growing demand for pet shop products and also for veterinary services. More and more people bought or adopted pets during the pandemic and at the same time, this type of service was not affected by the lockdown period, when the malls were closed. Through the good collaboration we have with Cushman & Wakefield Echinox, we have been able to identify and secure two new locations that place us in areas with enormous potential for growing our business.”
