PeliPartners, projects worth over EUR 750 million since the beginning of the pandemic

PeliPartners has been involved in projects worth more than EUR 750 million since the beginning of the pandemic. The transactions assisted by the law firm are among the most important in the market during this period.

The projects fall into the five main areas of practice of the law firm: Corporate M&A, Banking & Finance, Real Estate, Competition / Commercial, Dispute Resolution.

  2. Assistance to the Saint Gobain group for the acquisition of Duraziv
  3. Assistance provided to Banca Transilvania group for the acquisition of Certinvest
  4. Assistance to the Oresa Fund in the sale of Kiwi Finance
  5. Assistance to the Portland Trust in the sale of the largest developing photovoltaic project in Romania
  6. Assistance provided to Adventum in the acquisition process of the Hermes Business Campus
