Prime Kapital extends its lease contract in Globalworth Tower Bucharest

Prime Kapital, an integrated real estate developer, investor and operator, extended its lease in Globalworth Tower, Bucharest. The new deal is signed for an extra of 1.941,5 sqm of office space for the next 5 years. Thus, Prime Kapital carries out its activity now on a total area of 3.066,5 sqm in the first building in South-Eastern Europe to receive LEED Platinum.

Prior to signing the new leasing contract, the real estate company had an office area of 1,125 sqm.

Prime Kapital is led by a management team with an exceptional track record, having previously founded the largest retail focused property investment business in central and eastern Europe. A tenant of Globalworth, the office market leader in Romania, since 2017, Prime Kapital is well capitalized and is expanding rapidly across the region. The team comprises more than 350 real estate professionals, combining a multi-disciplinary skill-base along the entire property value-creation chain, including: investment, acquisition, design, construction management, leasing, asset and property management, sales, marketing and finance.

We are glad to have Prime Kapital in our business community since 2017. We operate in the same industry & the same region: CEE. Thus, we highly appreciate their activity and we wanted to build a solid, strong, lasting business relationship. Their expansion in the Globalworth Tower office building is a confirmation of their trust. We would like to thank Prime Kapital for our long-term partnership and we look forward to supporting their growth in the CEE, said Ema Iftimie, Head of Leasing & Customer Care, Globalworth România.

Globalworth Tower, which is classified as Class A, rises to 120 metres over 26 floors and has a gross leasable area of 54,000 sqm, with excellent accessibility. At the end of 2019, the building went through a series of innovative changes. Therefore, the office market leader in Romania inaugurated the most advanced lobby in the region, with a number of technological premieres that include: the world’s largest kinetic floor in an office building, the longest screen wall in CEE, the largest natural green wall in an office building in southern and eastern Europe and a space to relax with heated marble steps. All these made the Globalworth Tower building a benchmark for office space innovation and sustainability.
