The new Telekom Mobile offer unveiled in mid-November, which is available to existing customers, both for individuals and legal entities, is paying dividends above expectation in terms of customers’ appreciation.
The move that Telekom Romania Mobile has made is a strategic one on the local market: the customer comes first, Telekom values customer trust and strive to earn it through honest and fair offers, Telekom is keeping the promises so that customers really feel that they are in good hands.
As part of this promise, Telekom has offered existing customers the opportunity to access the same offers that a new customer has at their disposal and we changed this starting November, when we launched the most attractive offers of the year.
“We learned that our subscribers believe it’s not fair that new customers are treated better than the existing ones. And we changed it with all the offers we announced in November. The volume of renewals in stores increased by 126% compared to previous months of 2021, in an immediate positive response of the consumers to the change of strategic direction of Telekom Mobile.
