PM Ciuca to meet civil society representatives to coordinate ‘Ukraine – Together We Help More’ campaign

Prime Minister Nicolae Ciuca is due to meet on Monday at 2 pm with representatives of civil society to coordinate the “Ukraine – Together We Help More” campaign, the government said.

The executive announced last Saturday the launch of an integrated and real-time coordination platform for measures and initiatives to support refugees in Ukraine.

“It is a platform that will have some necessary elements so that any person, any volunteer, any private entity, whether from the civil society, or simply a company interested in coming to the aid of these people affected by the war in their country, can access by mentioning just a few details: the name of the organization, the contact person, the phone number and the email address and the type of resources they can provide – material goods, services, food, accommodation, facilities transport and so on,” the spokesperson of the Government, Dan Carbunaru specified.

As many as 3,000 aid offers have already been collected on this platform, which can be accessed on the Government’s website, consisting in food, hygiene products, medicines and accommodation facilities.
