Enel Energie Muntenia expands its network of stores around the Capital of the country and opens two new customer service centers in Bragadiru and Popești-Leordeni, Ilfov County.
The Enel store in Bragadiru is located at 3 Cristalului Street and is accessible via public transport buses 185, 302, 421 and 424. The new store in Popești-Leordeni is located at 34 Amurgului Street, close to Dimitrie Leonida metro station (M2). The two centers will be open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
“We continue to expand in the booming residential areas around Bucharest in order to meet the needs of our customers. The stores in the cities of Bragadiru and Popești-Leordeni join the other two centers in Ilfov County in Buftea and Rosu, and comply with Enel’s high standards in the relationship with its customers. We base our plan to expand the network of stores on creating a friendly and comfortable retail model, optimizing the consumer experience“, said Marius Chiriac, general manager of Enel Energie and Enel Energie Muntenia.
The new stores offer, in a friendly space, a wide range of services for both residential and business customers, providing information about the electricity and natural gas supply service (details related to contract signing, ongoing contracts, energy consumption, switching suppliers), as well as offering Enel’s commercial products and services (electricity and natural gas offers, equipment such as air conditioners, heating stations, electric boilers, electricity and gas assistance services).
The stores opened at the beginning of this year increase the total number of Enel stores nationwide, both owned and operated through partners, to 84, for both Enel supply companies – Enel Energie Muntenia and Enel Energie. To date, Enel has invested over 5 million euros in the expansion and modernization of its store network, building one of the largest national store networks of a local energy supplier.
