Dentons, the largest law firm in the world, announces that it has appointed a new IT manager, after Cătălin Ruxanda, who previously held this position and was active in the organization for 24 years, decided to retire. Szilard Ioo, who joined Dentons five months ago, has been appointed head of the IT department.
During his 24 years as IT Manager, Cătălin Ruxanda oversaw the operations and critical information technology management processes within Dentons. Throughout his tenure, he played a key role in helping the company adapt to significant changes in the IT segment and served as a leader in implementing new solutions, significantly contributing to Dentons’ culture of compliance with existing information technology regulations.
“Cătălin has contributed with nearly a quarter century of experience to the Dentons IT department and his achievements will always be appreciated and remembered. I am confident that Szilard Ioo, who is taking over the leadership of the IT department, will do an outstanding job” said Perry Zizzi, Managing Partner, Dentons Romania.
The role of IT Manager at Dentons will be taken over by Szilard Ioo, who joined the IT department five months ago and has already started the recruitment process for the position of Junior IT Specialist. Qualifications required for this position include excellent customer service skills, fluency in English, teamwork skills, prioritization, evaluation, and understanding of the impact of technical situations on the business.
