In the five months since its launch, Cargus Mobile has become one of the most used business applications in Romania. In March, Cargus Mobile reached a total of over 110,000 downloads from online app stores, Google Play and Appstore, since its launch. Compared to the beginning of the year, the number of users has doubled, with approximately 53,000 app downloads recorded in January 2022 .
In the first 20 days of March there were almost 29,000 downloads of the Cargus Mobile app from Google Play and Appstore, and in February there were about 27,000 downloads of users of Android and iOS systems.
Just one month after its launch, the Cargus Mobile app was already entering the top 10 business applications in Romania, according to Google Play. Also in the Appstore, the app entered the top 30 utility applications and was highlighted as a trending app for iOS system users.

The most commonly used features of the app were the Track & Trace option, which instantly provides information about all Cargus deliveries, and the option to redirect packages to the nearest Ship & Go point, to be picked up later by recipients.
In order to maintain a dynamic and flexible delivery character, Cargus Mobile provides users with several opportunities to manage the delivery process, through the application:
- All Cargus deliveries are instantly visible in the Cargus Mobile app;
- Updating the place of delivery or the date of delivery;
- With one click, the User/Recipient can change the destination in real time. The package can be redirected to a Ship&Go point, from where it can be picked up for up to 5 working days.
- Direct chat conversations with the Cargus Contact Center;
- Payment for parcel delivery can be made by card, directly on the courier’s device, but also with PaybyLink at Ship & Go points.
An absolute novelty on the courier market, but already known from the transport applications, is the courier’s rating, through which Cargus wants to actively promote and reward couriers who offer the best rated delivery services, a press release issued by the company informs.
