Triumphal Arch in Bucharest to be illuminated in blue Saturday on World Autism Awareness Day

The Triumphal Arch will be illuminated, on Saturday, in blue, on the World Autism Awareness Day, as a sign of solidarity with the people who suffer from this disease, informs the Capital City Hall.

The Bucharest City Hall, through the General Directorate of Landscape Architecture and Monuments of Public Forum – MONUMENT, joins, thus, the campaign “A journey fulfilled through life”, supported by the Help Autism Association, on the occasion of the World Autism Awareness Day.

The campaign, carried out in parallel with the one at European level, emphasizes that a unitary approach to the management of the disease is necessary throughout life, so that the 40,000 people with autism in Romania can enjoy their rights, a happy and fulfilled life, together with millions of other people in Europe, the City Hall says.

People who want to support the campaign can share their photos and messages on their own social networks, using the hashtags #ZiuaAutismului2022, #AutismDay2022, #oCalatorieImplinitaPrinViata.
