All buildings in the Forte Partners portfolio are 100% powered by electricity from renewable sources

  • The Millo Offices, Tandem and U • Center office buildings (phase 1 completed and fully leased and phase 2 under construction, to be completed in Q3 2023) are supplied with 100% green electricity from renewable sources.

Entirely powering the  projects developed by Forte Partners with electricity from renewable sources adds to other sustainable features that the buildings in the company’s portfolio have in common, such as biophilic design, intelligent ventilation systems, intelligent LED lighting systems, charging stations for electric vehicles and interactive building management systems.

We are integrating during the concept phase and we are implementing during the construction phase all the elements of sustainability and energy efficiency, so that the use of our office buildings is environmentally friendly and creates a healthy and safe working environment”, said Stephen Burke, Construction Director of Forte Partners. „Green electricity, 100% from renewable sources, used even on the construction site of the second phase of the U • Center project, confirms our commitment to healthy real estate development, which focuses on the well-being of people, both employees of tenant companies and members of local communities.”

The office buildings in the Forte Partners portfolio, leased to companies such as Booking Holdings, Endava, Inulta, Grohe, Heberger Constructii, Dragne & Asociații, McKinsey & Company, Lensa, Up Romania, BT, Neuroaxis, DCS plus, obtained, in 2021, a series of certifications attesting to the sustainable and responsible way in which they were developed. Millo Officess has obtained the BREEAM Outstanding certification with a score of 91.6. The first phase of the U • Center office project obtained LEED Platinum certification with a score of 85, one of the highest LEED v4 certifications obtained in Romania, and WELL Health & Safety, which certifies the sanitary safety of the building in the context of COVID-19. Forte Partners intends to obtain similar certifications for the second phase of the U•Center project.

The efficient functionality of the buildings in the Forte Partners portfolio is complemented by the SpotUs application, available to tenant companies. The application, developed by Forte Partners in partnership with the Cluj-Napoca company Parking Spotter, allows fully digitized interaction with all the resources of an office building – parking, access control, booking office, building user management, etc.
