The Board of Directors of Agricover Holding SA announces the appointment of Mrs. Madeline-Dalila ALEXANDER, as Non-Executive Director. Mrs. Alexander is nominated to the position by The European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and will continue to serve as the President of the Risk and Audit Committee of Agricover Holding SA.

The nomination is pending the shareholders’ approval at the upcoming General Meeting of Shareholders, convened for June 20, 2022.
About Madeline-Dalila ALEXANDER
Mrs. Madeline-Dalila ALEXANDER has more than 30 years of expertise as an auditor, out of which 20 years were spent at the partner level, with Big 4 Accounting Firms. Mrs. Alexander is a GAAP and IFRS expert in the US as well as GAAP and SOX compliance and implementation expert in Romania. She is member of the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors (CAFR), ASPAAS, CECCAR as well as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the US.
Mrs. Alexander is of Romanian descent and on top of her world class qualifications she will also mark a premier becoming the first woman appointed in the Directors’ Board of Agricover Holding.
