2Performant (BVB: 2P), a technology company and the leader of the affiliate marketing market in Romania, has established a partnership with Sameday, one of the leaders of the courier market in Romania, as a result of which Sameday has become an official partner of Business League, the first decentralized marketing competition, organized by 2Performant.

Business League is the first decentralized marketing competition for eCommerce, with the number of sales generated as the main criterion. The competition has two sections – a team section, where stores must recruit and motivate the right affiliates to receive the most sales, and an individual section, where affiliates compete. Business League started in August this year and is lasting for one year. The competition has a fragmented structure, being divided into seasons, stages, and rounds.
Last week’s competition, which included Black Friday, one of the most prolific periods of eCommerce in a year, generated 3 million clicks and 84,900 sales, with a total value of 5.38 million euros (excluding VAT). While traffic saw a 10% decrease compared to the same week last year due to a significant increase in offline commerce during this period, the 16% increase in conversion rate to 2.86% led to a slight increase in sales compared to Black Friday 2021.
Fashion was the best-performing industry in this round of the Business League, which generated 26,300 sales, recording a 23% increase in traffic and a 40% increase in sales value compared to last year. The following two industries in terms of results were Pharmaceuticals, with a 160% increase in traffic and 178% increase in sales value, and Beauty, with 28% more traffic and 37% more sales value compared to Black Friday 2021.
2Perfomant is listed on the AeRO market as of December 9, 2020, and from October 2021, the 2P shares are included in the BET-AeRO index of the Bucharest Stock Exchange. In the first nine months of 2022, the company registered a turnover of 23,7 million lei, an increase of 43% compared to last year. For 2022, 2Performant targets a turnover of 34.9 million lei, a 35% increase compared with 2021.
