The agreement between the governments of Azerbaijan, Georgia, Hungary and Romania on the Strategic Partnership in the field of green energy development and transport will be signed on Saturday, in Bucharest.
According to some political sources, the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, will also participate in the signing ceremony, which will take place at the Cotroceni Presidential Palace.
