UNTOLD FESTIVAL PRESENTS THE CREATIVE CONCEPT FOR THIS YEAR: THE LIGHT PHOENIX
The festival adds Tale of Us, Anna Tur, Markus Schulz, Justin Jesso, Olly Murs, and others to the fantastic line-up with Imagine Dragons, David Guetta, Martin Garrix, Armin van Buuren, Alok, Alesso, Ava Max, Bebe Rexha, Eric Prydz and more.
The UNTOLD Festival, Romania’s biggest music festival, is getting closer and closer. The organizers reveal this year’s theme: Phoenix, the Protector of The World Capital of Night and Magic, also known as The Light Phoenix. The magical realm from Transylvania will open its gates in Cluj-Napoca on August 3-6. More than 250 international and local artists and the best DJs on the planet will perform on the festival’s eight stages. Imagine Dragons, David Guetta, Martin Garrix, Armin van Buuren, Alok, Alesso, Ava Max, Bebe Rexha, Eric Prydz, and more will play their magic in the heart of Transylvania this summer.
THE 2023 UNTOLD EDITION REVEALS THE LIGHT PHOENIX
Each summer, thousands of thousands of fans across the globe write a new chapter in the history of the most magical festival experience. The creators of UNTOLD have chosen the Phoenix this year to protect, guide and inspire the festival goers. The new magical story is waiting to be written by the most beautiful souls who live the UNTOLD feeling, emotions, joy, and grace for 4 days and 4 nights of summer.
A realm of joy of over 235.000 meters square awaits you to celebrate life uniquely, with experiences and memories for a lifetime. A spark of magic helps the Guardian of the natural world and the fantastic world to become invisible and spread the spark of magic to everyone around. You and all these tiny particles of magic create an incredible connection of lights that give life to the Phoenix in the most colourful ways in the Universe.
For 4 days and 4 nights, Cluj-Napoca City becomes the epicentre of music and magic and brings together the world’s best artists, DJs, and fans. UNTOLD is where music lovers can connect with their higher selves and favourite artists for incredible feelings and journeys.
Olly Murs, Justin Jesso, and B Jones complete the line-up for the mainstage. The Galaxy stage, the techno home of the UNTOLD Festival, is ready to host Tale Of Us, Amelie Lens, Ann Clue, Bedouin, Boris Brejcha, Camelphat, Charlie, Dixon, Kasia, Mahony, Marco Carola, Mathame, Mihigh, Nusha, Persic, Priku, Sara Bluma, Sit, Sublee, Vizan, Woo York Live.
From trap to hip-hop, drum’n’bass or dubstep, to experimental music, the Alchemy stage gets ready for talented artists such as Apashe, Borgore, Dub Fx & Woodnote, Valentino Khan, Alex Super Beats, and significant local artists who will light up the atmosphere with their stunning shows.
The Fortune stage is the perfect place for those who love memorable journeys guided by the trance artists such as Markus Schulz, John O’callaghan & Bryan Kearney Pres. Key4050, Ruben de Ronde, Suncatcher & Exolight, Ben Gold and many more.
The dreamers and nature lovers can enjoy the house, deep house, tech house and chill house magic of Acid Pauli, Am I Right (Live), Anthony Middleton (Audiofly), Day Dreamers (Marwan Dua, Dub Fx, Woodnote), Dubfire, Marwan Dua, Oliver Koletzki, Paax (Tulum), Parra For Cuva Live, Rampue (Live), Satori, Sean Doron, Sébastien Léger (Modular Live Show), Themba and more on The Daydreaming stage.
Anna Tur, MATTN, Simina Grigoriu, Rich Dietz, and more will take over the Time stage, the beautiful set from Central Park.
The Retro Fantesia and Tram stage will make the fans dance to the beats played by local artists.
